Talk:Southbank Centre

[edit] Article name
I propose that this page and all associated links should revert to South Bank Centre.
THE SOUTH BANK CENTRE remains the title registed with the Charity Commission for England and Wales for charity 298909 and the trustee body remains incorporated as THE SOUTH BANK BOARD Company No. 02238415.
I have serious doubts whether this latest rebranding will last any longer than the disastrous attempt to rebrand the Queen Elizabeth Hall as RFH2 and the Purcell Room as RFH3 in the mid 1990s.
I do not consider it acceptable for an encyclopedia article to be renamed to align with a corporate makeover, if there has been no change to legal form or the generally accepted title. --Lang rabbie 23:59, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
