I'm willing to discuss reasons for deleting this article, but the concern listed as the reason for deletion ("Crystal Ball") doesn't seem to hold up. This building in development has, according to the citations, received final approval from the city of Boston and has concrete groundbreaking and completion dates. skeeJay 01:50, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
