I put up this page as a compliment to the North Korea nuclear weapons program page. Please pick it apart and edit it ruthlessly, since it's pretty rough as it is. --Zonath 15:17, Apr 2, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] South Korea and weapons of mass destruction?

As the article contents is about military-related research, not civil, shouldn't the article be renamed South Korea and weapons of mass destruction? Just as North Korea nuclear weapons program was renamed North Korea and weapons of mass destruction. Many countries at a similar state of research have "X and WMD" articles, so it wouldn't be unique, eg Taiwan and weapons of mass destruction, Netherlands and weapons of mass destruction, Poland and weapons of mass destruction. -- Rwendland 14:23, 14 November 2005 (UTC)

Article says “the South Korean government insists that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes only”, which is why I have assigned it to the history working group rather than the military history working group. Wikipeditor 04:44, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
