WHILE THIS ROAD IS SCENIC AND IT IS ON THE SC STATE BIKE ROUTE MAP AS I HAVE BIKED IT MANY TIME, BE ASSURED THAT THE SC HIGHWAY PATROL KEEPS AND EYE ON THE ROAD FOR SPEEDERS AND TRUCKERS. THE ROAD HAS NO BIKE LANE SO BE CAUTIOUS. THE ROAD IS USED ALSO AS A BY-PASS FOR TRUCKERS TO GET TO US 25, I-26, AND BY-PASS SCALES. THERE ARE SEVERAL STOP LIGHTS ON THE ROAD AND SC 11 MEETS WITH US276 IN HGREENVILLE COUNTY BEFORE CONTINUING TO SPARTANBURG COUNTY.
