Southfield, Massachusetts

Southfield is a planned community located on the former South Weymouth Naval Air Station in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. It is a 1,400-acre (6 km²) site that overlaps three towns in Massachusetts: Weymouth, Abington, and Rockland. Southfield will contain 2,855 housing units and up to 2,000,000 square feet (186,000 m²) of commercial space at full build-out.
