Southern Wings Limited is an Aviation College and Air Charter based in Invercargill, New Zealand. Courses offered include Fixed Wing, Private and Commercial Pilots' licenses, Single and Multi Engine Instrument ratings and a Diploma in Aviation. The company's history can be traced back more than sixty-five years, and it was one of the original Aviation Colleges in New Zealand.

Southern Wings' fleet of operational aircraft (as of July 2007):
- Two Piper Aircraft PA-28-181 Cherokee's, ZK-EBQ and ZK-MIL for Cross Country and IFR training
- Two Alpha Aviation Alpha 160A's. ZK-SWY and ZK-SWZ for Primary Training
- One Piper Aircraft PA-34-200T Seneca II, ZK-MIE for Multi Engine IFR training.
