Southern California Regional Occupational Center
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Southern California Regional Occupational Center or SCROC is a collective endeavor of seven public school districts in the South Bay suburbs of Los Angeles. It consolidates what would be traditional shop and other technical classes into one center, and also functions (and is accredited as) a non-degree granting junior college. Admission is limited to high school students from the participating districts, and adults from the districts and surrounding communities. They even offer babysitting services for students to encourage participation. SCROC is located at 2300 Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance, California.
The current Senior Human Resource Manager is Andrew Boeger.
