Soul Survivor II is a 2004 album from hip hop producer Pete Rock. The album features guest appearances from a large number of hip hop artists, including Pharoahe Monch, Little Brother, Skillz, RZA, GZA, Talib Kweli, Dead Prez, Slum Village, Jay Dee and former partner CL Smooth.
Pete, who dropped a number of verses on his solo debut Soul Survivor, performs only a single verse on this album but handles several choruses throughout.
The album's front cover is a nod to the Miles Davis album Tutu[citation needed], which features the legendary jazz trumpeter in an identical, albeit black and white, portrait shot.
