Description

The best game of the Rugby World Cup 2003, South Africa vs Georgia.

Criticised and ridiculed, their place in the tournament questioned, Georgia won the hearts of the Sydney crowd. Australian's are known for getting behind the underdogs, and this was no exception.

Georgian officials saluted the tremendous vocal support they got from the Sydney crowd. "It was a very good surprise for us, it's very good to see the players being encouraged. It gives them energy," Georgia coach Claude Saurel said.
