Other information	From the site, www.righteousbrothersdicography.com http://rbdiscg.mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/psleeves/rbps400.jpg The cover of the 1966 single "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration", by the Righteous brothers. The image, if not yet public domain, is the property of Verve Records and it's parent company, the Universal Music group. The image in question is the main subject of an article concerning the afore mentioned single, "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration". I believe that use of the image is justified in illustrating exactly what's being discussed. The picture itself is not of the original album art as it was printed on the sleeve, but from a scan of a rather worn and slightly dirty copy from someone's personal collection. I feel the this reduces potential infringement, as anyone seeking to profit from use of the image would more than likely want something cleaner and of higher resolution. The cover is over 40 years old and the image is widely available online. I contacted the owner of the web site listed above and he feels that the image copyright has probably lapsed, as no one has challenged his use of it.
