Sotteville-lès-Rouen is a commune in the département of Seine-Maritime and the Haute-Normandie region of France. It is the largest suburb of the city of Rouen, and is adjacent to it on the south. In the 1999 census, Sotteville-lès-Rouen had a population of 29,553. The commune has a land area of 7.44 km² (2.873 sq mi).
