The photo serves to illustrate the principal character Sofia from the movie Shortbus. I, Eldestone 07:39, 2 May 2007 (UTC), feel that it it it covered by fair use in the article about Shortbus because it in no way inhibits the sale of the movie and because it isn't possible to show Sofia in any other way.

The photo is fair use in Sook-Yin Lee because it shows her in one of her acting roles. Much like loads of other pictures in articles on other actors. Eldestone 07:39, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
