[edit] CPU SPEED and General Specs
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2258979,00.asp << ARM11 GPS , etc etc etc 81.103.136.247 (talk) 01:48, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
- 520-MHz ARM11 processor... that's pretty damn good for a cell phone. It's only a matter of time before we have cell phones running AMD64 CPUs and Pentium Centrino. — EliasAlucard (Discussion · contribs) 12:00, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Title
Should the article reflect the phone name in capital letters (XPERIA) or in lower case (Xperia)? — EliasAlucard (Discussion · contribs) 09:38, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
- XPERIA is correct. TMSTKSBK (talk) 04:49, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- According to Wikipedia Manual of Style it should be Xperia→Nehletalk҉ 21:17, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Manufacturer
Why is such prominence given to HTC as claimed manufacturer? (And anyway, newspaper reports mean squat: where is the Sony Ericsson press release saying so?) Head over to the iPhone page for example and it says "Apple" as manufacturer. Clever given that Apple don't own a single factory or manufacturing facility. -- 86.17.211.191 (talk) 04:05, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
- That's a good point. I'll try to dig up the press release. — EliasAlucard (Discussion · contribs) 10:46, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Common features
Can we exclude or limit the write-ups of common features like push email/character recognition? They seem to just clutter the article, imho. TMSTKSBK (talk) 04:51, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] microSD support
Somewhere we need to mention microSD support. Source: http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_xperia_x1-2246.php TMSTKSBK (talk) 04:53, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- It would also be good if it could be mentioned why Sony decided to drop Memory Stick Micro support in favour of MicroSD. — EliasAlucard / Discussion 21:50, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] High amount of Bias
This page looks quite a bit like an ad, does it not? This should be fixed. Guticb (talk) 19:36, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
- Are you referring to the bottom portion of the page? Yar, does sound like it was copy/pasted from SE's site...I'll see what I can do TMSTKSBK (talk) 04:17, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Release date
http://blog.se-nse.net/2008/03/03/x1-is-an-h2-product-weve-got-the-official-statement/ Unofficial Sony blog states the company plans to release the Xperia X1 in the second half of 2008. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 168.8.64.2 (talk) 13:37, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
