Sontosh Mohan Dev (born April 1, 1934) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Silchar constituency of Assam and is a member of the Indian National Congress. He is currently the cabinet minister in Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises.
