By all means go ahead and create the entry. I think people haven't done so already because it is a lot of work. You might want to roll the low-info articles in to a single article called something like Warren (Malazan) or Warren (Malazan Book of the Fallen) (which currently exists as a re-direct page), and branch off main aticles for the ones that are big enough.
