[edit] Latest recipient?

I see at least three different "latest recipients" in this article. Anyone want to clear this one up? --Scottie theNerd 01:47, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

The Soldier's Medal is a medal with some prestige, as it is the highest non-combatant bravery award the Army has, but it is not an uncommon award. There are at least several dozen awards per year. So there is no point in having a "latest recipient" listed, as it will be constantly out of date. I am removing, pending rethinking how this article should be rewritten.
