Why should this be deleted at all?
[edit] Insufficient background
If you realy must write articles about characters like this one, please write it so that it makes sense for people who do not know what Digimon is. Link to main Digimon article is insuficient as the reader must be able to understand the information without going to other articles. Links are provided only for further details.
- The article does not state Solarmon is a fictional character.
- Article does not state what a Digimon is (at least something like "Solarmon is a comics character").
- Article does not explain things like "machine Digimon", rookie level. Without brief explanation it is not possible to understand the article.
If you are not able to explain this, you should merge this article into another which explains it.
After reading article as it is now I can think that Solarmon is some kind of military vehicle, or some god in old Japanese religion. Please think about readers who click random article on the main page. Wikipedia should not have articles that confuse readers.--Jan Smolik 13:18, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
