Solomon Andargachew (born October 28, 1981 in Ethiopia) is an Ethiopian football defender currently playing for Al Sha'ab Ibb.

He is a member of the Ethiopia national football team. He also was a member of the Ethiopia squad at the 2001 FIFA World Youth Cup.[1]In the that tournament in Argentina he had scored the most goals for his team and was about the 13th highest scorer in the tournament.
