Solera Networks is a privately held Utah based software company that develops network deep packet capture[1] and stream-to-storage technology that captures and stores all data that crosses any network, even high-speed 10Gb networks. The technology is delivered as dedicated network appliances or as a virtual appliance. It is designed to enable root cause discovery[2] to improve security, support lawful intercept requests[3] , enhance network forensics and analytics, help enforce compliance, and ensure overall network availability and performance.
