Kevin Smith will release a third "Evening With" DVD, although possibly under another name. Footage for this was shot on August 2, 2007, Kevin's 37th birthday, in front of a sold-out crowd at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, New Jersey. A possible title is "Evening Harder-er." [1]. Kevin Smith has said on his web board that they can not use the "Evening With.." moniker for this installment because it is being produced and released by a different studio.

According to IMDB.com, the title for the DVD release will be "Kevin Smith: Sold Out" [2]. The title was later expanded into "Kevin Smith: Sold Out - A Threevening with Kevin Smith" [3]
