Questionable notability. This is an article about a tax planning device on which a patent is claimed.
On another point, Congress is in the process of considering whether to ban tax patents, although it is of course uncertain (A) whether or when a ban will be enacted, and (B) whether a ban would apply retroactively. Famspear (talk) 20:52, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- Good issues. If you Google SOGRAT you will come up with +10,000 hits. It is often cited as an example of abuse of the patent system, particularly by those seeking to ban tax patents. I think those that have an interest in this area would find a Wikipedia article on the subject useful.--Nowa (talk) 21:42, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
