and learnt, this inorganic compound is used as an anticaking agent. I see it listed in Swiss Miss Spiced Apple cider, an instant drink mix. I have several packets given to us.

In food products, how safe is this chemical??? I do not cook in any aluminium containers (unless perhaps camping in my next life), I do not use foil wrapping, etc., so, I wonder about the safety, esp since the use of Alu cooking pots has been implicated in Alzheimers.
