[edit] Changes to National Organization Section

I have made two edits to this section, so it now _correctly_ reflects the composition and structure of the SPS National Council. When I first wrote the SPS article, it was getting late and I wasn't careful with this section. It's fixed now though. Astrobayes 22:07, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
