SOCEMIE (Societé Opératrice de la Chaîne Européenne Multilingue d’Information EuroNews) is the company that produces the news channel EuroNews. As of September 2004, Philippe Cayla is the company's Chief executive officer and Michael Peters joined the group on May 10, 2005, as the managing director.
