[edit] Purpose of user

My primary concern & activity in editing Wikipedia is spelling, grammer & flow. Thus, most of my edits will be minor edits. I do add to articles & occasionally perhaps create a stub, but I honestly don't fully understand the mechanics (i.e., tags and other functions) of better pages. Nor am I an English major (I sure wish I had considered English 103 relevant back then). If anyone comes across a page with noticeable edit issues, please feel free to note it in my talk, and I will attempt to address it.--Snideology 03:12, 9 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 5-Second Rule

I recommend to any editor that you wait 5 seconds before saving your contribution to a discussion page. In those 5 seconds, ask yourself: "Am I reacting to another discussion post, perhaps one that is absurd & has raised my ire, or is this a post that will further understanding & scholarship of the main article?" I have avoided making many posts this way. --Snideology 02:20, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
