Snarfer is a free RSS feed reader and was created and developed by James Holderness, William Templeton, and Kirk Colvin, developers of the original meta-search utility, WebFerret (acquired by CNet in 2000). Snarfer is developed using Borland C++. It is able to synchronize with Bloglines and Google online RSS reader. Snarfware LLC was founded in 2004 and funded by private equity.
