Sylvester "Snake" Marston is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics Universe whose first appearance was in Machine Man #16.

[edit] Fictional character biography
Sylvester Marston was born in Ontario, Canada. He was a member of Baron Brimstone's Satan Squad and the Enforcers. Snake has not been seen since, and was presumed dead, following his impersonation by the Eel as part of a plot involving Daredevil, Mister Hyde, and the Enforcers.

During the Civil War event, he was captured by Baron Zemo's Thunderbolts and forced to join them or face jail time.
