Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan KOMPLEKS KLIA is a Secondary school which is located in the residential area of Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The School is located in KLIA Kuarters and beside the Primary school building.

The Pelajar Rakan Sebaya Student's does not classified as the school's predeft but they are assinged very special task by the school's counsellor En.Shamsuddin.In addition, the PRS students are allowed to wear Black Vest whenever duty calls. Task were given to these student are :
- Guide new Form 1 student's in the entance ceremony
- Guard the school's Traffice Road (During Festival's)
- Acompany teacher's to a meeting or a function
