Smithseven

Smithseven (also written as Smith 7 or Smith7) is non-profit record label based out of Memphis, TN. All of Smithseven's profits from sales of records, merchandise, and show admission are donated to local charities. To this day, over $5000 has been raised for local Memphis charities and people in need[citation needed]. Smithseven was started in 1999 by Brian Vernon as a way of promoting young and up and coming bands in the Memphis music scene. Today, Smithseven has branched out of its Memphis borders, reaching out to bands as far as Nashville, Chicago, and Israel.
