Holy fuck this is gross. Is this really necessary? What I'd really like to know is if the user didn't wash their cock for a week or so purely so they could post a picture of it on wikipedia, or that they simply noticed that they had visible smegma and decided to take a photo of it for science. Either way, it *is* really fucking gross.
