SMC Networks is a network hardware manufacturer that makes equipment such as network cards, switches, and wireless routers.
A leading provider of networking solutions for the SMB/e and the home. The company's worldwide headquarters are located in Irvine, California in the United States.
SMC maintains a global presence through regional offices located in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Japan.
SMC was founded in 1971 and in 1997 became a subsidiary of Accton Technology Corporation (TAIEX:2345). SMC Networks serves its target customers, SMB/e's and home users, through an extensive network of VARs, and Internet Service Providers.

- EZ Networking, designed for the networked home and small office, comprises the following sub-categories:
- EZ Connect, including EZ Connect g Wireless USB adapter (SMCWUSBT-G2, with Atheros Super G Ar5523 [1] chipset)

- Barricade, including Barricade g wireless router (SMCWBR14-G2)
