Twisted Metal: Small Brawl is a vehicular combat game that was released for the PlayStation video game console in 2001. It is the sixth game in the Twisted Metal series. Unlike the other games in the series, Small Brawl was directed at a younger audience, but kept a good amount of comic violence intact.

In Twisted Metal: Small Brawl all vehicles are remote control cars and the character themselves are depicted as children and teens competing in Billy Calypso's tournament.

- Crimson Fury sports car. A young boy named Agent Stone who thinks he's a British secret agent. He enters the contest to stop Calypso's reign of terror. Special: 3 burning paper airplanes.
- Hammerhead Monster truck. A teen who's greatest dream is to become a rockstar. He enters the contest knowing that Calypso can make his dream come true. Special: wheel spikes grow and crushes opponents.
- Grimm's stunt motorcycle, A creepy boy who's obsessed with Halloween. He enters the contest seeking the portal to Halloweenland. Special: evil jack-o'-lantern.
- Police car, A boy aspiring to be a Police officer. He enters the contest to bring Calypso to justice. Special: An electrocuting taser beam.
- Shadow Hearse, An odd boy named Mortimer. He enters the contest to reclaim his stolen pet frog from Calypso. Special: Grim Reaper action figure.
- Slam Construction site Vehicle, The oldest and biggest kid in the contest, Calypso destroyed his tree-house. Now Slam enters the contest looking for revenge! Special: Slam's truck scoops up and slams opponents.
- Spectre sports car, A mysterious boy who always wears a sheet like a ghost. He enters the contest looking for his long lost father. Special: 3 ghosts.
- Sweet Tooth Frosty Treats Ice Cream Truck, The youngest and most mischievous kid in the contest. He enters the contest for a little ice cream.... Special: Ice Cream Treat
- Thumper lowrider, Two hip kids named Vinnie and Bruce. They enter the contest wanting the ultimate sound system. Special: 3 wave sounds.
- race car, A not-too-bright girl who loves going fast. She enters the contest to get the ultimate thrill ride. Special: Tornado
- off-road assault vehicle, A young G-I who is tired of Calypso's bullying. He enters the contest to give Calypso a war he will never forget. Special: Red, White and Blue homing missiles.

- Axel enters the contest to show off his two wheel combat ability. Special: spinning out of control and shooting homing missiles.
- Darkside Semi-trailer truck, A mysterious boy named Jimmy Ash. Why he enters the contest is unknown. Special: Raming into opponents.
- An actress that enters the contest only to mimic other people.Special: All
- Piecemeal random vehicle, The final boss of the game, Piecemeal's car is made up of a bunch of different car pieces (a younger counterpart/version of Roadkill). Special: All
- The boss of Minigolf Mayhem, controlled by a jungleboy. Special: Red Monkeys.
[edit] Levels
- A playground, the very first level. It is medium size with lots of health and no real environmental hazards. You can get Axel here.
- A carnival, smallish map that has a pendulum of death, a spin saw that comes out of the ground, and a large skeleton that damages you when you touch it.
- A kitchen with such obstacles as a stove and microwave. You can get Darkside here.
- A miniature golf course with many traps. In story mode, once all enemies are dead, sections of the level are sealed off and the boss, Trapper, appears.
- A butchers back meat locker room. The Grinder at the end of the conveyor belt is the most deadly hazard in the game.
- A large open football field where the only trap is the lawn mower.
- Slam's new tree-house. Press the on button on the Mower to start it up. If you fall into the middle, you will bounce back up via a trampoline. But if you fall outside the middle...
- The final level, an empty movie theater where your actions are displayed on the screen. In story mode, Piecemeal spawns when enemies are killed.

- A large bowling ally. Just watch out for bowling balls.
- A creepy mad science lab.
- A house on Christmas eve. Poor Santa is stuck in the chimney. You can get Mime here.
