Talk:Small claims court

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'd like to move this article to "small-claims court", in accordance with English-language hyphenation rules. Objections? —Caesura(t) 13:36, 18 November 2005 (UTC)

This is not customary usage among lawyers in the United States by my reckoning. The phrase is always "small claims court" in the Indiana Rules for Small Claims, in any case. Smerdis of Tlön 15:15, 18 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Canada small claims courts

I've added a section that has links for Canadian small claims courts. I couldn't find anything useful for Northwest Territories or Nunavut; please add links if you find something. --GoldKanga 03:28, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
