Smart Desktop

Smart Desktop is an information management software from Smart Desktop, a division of PI Corportation.[1][2] Available only for Microsoft Windows XP and Vista, Smart Desktop automatically categorizes Microsoft Office documents, e-mails and web pages into Project workspaces - which are akin to virtual folders - that contains the files related to the project.[3] It employs machine learning to automatically categorize documents into Projects.[3] All the documents in a project are presented in an unified view.[4] It also tracks time spent in a given project.[3] Smart Desktop is currently undertaking an invite-only beta test.[5]
