[edit] IP block

Sorry that you were unable to edit recently, but as you can see at Special:Contributions/64.136.26.226 this IP has been vandalizing a lot lately. I'm afraid it is not quite as easy to just unblock a username and not an IP just yet. So I have unblocked the IP for now.
