[edit] Slug Signorino

I was shocked and horrified at the absence of this article from Wikipedia, and somewhat surprised at its absence even in the deletion log. The man certainly is notable enough, even if shrouded in mystery, and he even has an official website now (granted, it's being run by Elwood H. Smith, as Slug is a bit of a technophobe).

Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of unverifiable information that I cannot add to the article. Mr. Signorino is quite a jazz musician, Slug is *not* his actual first name, etc. etc. etc...if I can get some help maybe this article will progress beyond stub-class.

I also intend to add a link to a few whimsical FAQ pages on the Straight Dope website, and write up a provisional list of books he's illustrated. "How To Be Your Own Selfish Pig" is my favourite, as it's a grown-up book by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay (who hath not her own Wikipedia article, I suppose she isn't terribly notable). dreddnott 01:21, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
