Česky: Vlajka obce Sloupno, okres Hradec Králové. List se žlutou krokví vycházející ze čtvrté sedminy žerďového a vlajícího okraje a s vrcholem uprostřed horního okraje listu, s bílým vlnitým pruhem vycházejícím z páté sedminy žerďového a vlajícího okraje, s modrým vlnitým pruhem vycházejícím ze šesté sedminy žerďového a vlajícího okraje a s bílým zvlněným pruhem vycházejícím ze sedmé sedminy žerďového a vlajícího okraje. Horní žerďový trojúhelník nad krokví je zelený s bílým jablkem, horní vlající trojúhelník je červený s bílou pravou rukavicí – plechovnicí. V modrém poli pod krokví žlutý patriarší kříž.
