Lille sløjdsal med kolonnehøvlebænke af den type, som sløjdskolemanden Aksel Mikkelsen indførte omkr. 1900. Med to rækker duphuller var de velegnede til både højre- og venstrehåndede. Høvlebænkene står tæt; der var ikke megen plads til den enkelte elev. Billedet er fra en privatskole i en større provinsby på Sjælland, Danmark.
