Talk:Slip knot
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
bowline links here as part of directions on how to tie it "lighting fast". Unfortunately, this redirects to knot, which doesn't seem to have directions on how to tie a slip knot. *sigh* --Johnleemk 10:34, 15 Apr 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Rolling hitch
The link to Rolling hitch as an example of a knot that slides along the middle of another rope is incorrect. Rolling hitches are tied specifically not to slide, but to grip. -BonsaiViking 22:46, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bad photo
The attached photo was of a slipknot album..and not a slipknot. The admins need to watch this page for regular cases of minor vandalism like this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dewdude (talk • contribs) 22:22, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
