Sleepy Valley

Sleepy Valley is a small hamlet sitting at the east of Tantobie, in County Durham, England. It is situated to the north of Stanley and Annfield Plain. Sleepy Valley has three streets; Ivy Place, Palm Terrace and Woodside Grove. 90% of Sleepy Valley's children attend Tanfield Comprehensive & Primary School, when only 10% Attend Stanley School. Sleepy Valley has no shops, but has a Community House that is open on mondays, Sleepy Valley is also home of TUC Plant Hire LTD & DJ Hire.

Sleepy Valley has many places were children like to hang around sutch as; The Tin Can, the hay jump, the pipe, the steps (removed by council), the ropie and the lambeth.
