Sky Odyssey (called The Sky Odyssey in Japan) is an action/adventure flight simulator for the SonyPlayStation 2. It was developed by Cross and released in 2000.

The games story line follows a Indiana Jones-style story line in which the player character flies through several areas of a fictional world, collecting artifacts as well as pieces of a map.

The game's soundtrack was composed by Kō Ōtani, who also composed the music for Shadow of the Colossus, a variety of Gamera films, and various anime.

It is one of the few games where one can fly the Japanese Shinden and Shinden Kai, the Shinden is the aircraft featured on the game's NTSC cover. On the PAL cover a yellow Fairey Swordfish is featured.

The adventure mode of the game focuses on reaching the hidden tower of Maximus, which is located on one of four uncharted islands which are explored in the game.

Arcadie Island is the first island explored in the game. It's coastline is indented by several ravines. The island is transversed by a railway which serves Linden Village. There is a large cave on the north of the island, and an intricate ravine to the south.

Blanc Island is the northermost island. It is dominated by a huge mountain which the player much fly over with the aid of dumping fuel. Other features include an ancient forest in the west.

Courant Island is the large southernmost island. It has a tropical climate, several dense forests and a beautiful cascade of waterfalls.

Destin Island is the westernmost island, and the location of Maximus. Destin Island is a barren, highly dangerous place, with 3000ft tall waterfalls and active volcanoes. Destin Island is shrouded from view from the other islands by a huge thunderstorm system.
