Fine looking article. I'm not sure why it did that. I've found that if I paste from a text editor like Microsoft Works it does that. The first ' becomes a `. I think that must be it.
When I got Google Earth, Google task bar came with it. It has a text editor that has helped me a lot. Hope that helps.
Cheers and happy editing.

[edit] License tagging for Image:HaydockTitle.JPEG
Thanks for uploading Image:HaydockTitle.JPEG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Image:HaydockTitle.JPEG
According to the message from orphanbot, the message was uploaded without a license tag. User:Naconkantari deleted the image Nov.29 for no license tag.
I it take that this was an image you scanned of a very old book. Explain the situation to User:Naconkantari. He might undelete the image. Ask his advice has to how to proceed.
I would recommend the following. Read Wikipedia:Image_copyright_tags#Fair_use. It has more copyright image tags than I can comprehend. You could try putting a {{PD-old}} tag on when you re-upload the image or if it is undeleted. In the description part and the discussion page put all the information you have about the image, ie ""scanned by me from a very old book. Only image available to illustrate the subject."" That sort of thing. As much detail as you have.
Another possibility is {{HistoricPhoto}}, with the same description info. It is not a photo, but the historic necessity part is the same. It would be a fairuse tag, and we don't like fairuse. We much prefer public domain. If the book is very old, it is probably in the public domain. Hope that helps. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 13:11, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
