old family photo of skorzeny as a child from http://educate-yourself.org/cn/martinbormannphotostocompare02jul07.shtml photo is taken around 1919 when he was around 11 years old.the original author/photogapher of this photo is dead(whether it was his parents or a professional photographer)thus leaving it-obviously-without a copyright and making it a common property item.besides,this photo is around 90 years old anyway
