Sklirou

Sklirou is a village near Andritsaina. It belongs to the municipality of Eira, Messenia. It has many springs like Kefalovryso, Korytes. In its district lies the Epicurious Apollo Temple. Very close are the Lykaion, Lycosura the first city of the world in an organised state and the Neda River. The road through the villages of Dragogion, Figaleia, leads to Tholon and afterwards to Kalo Nero and Kyparissia. The famous Dimitropoulos family has its origin from there.
