[edit] Ryan Brunlieb
Ryan Brunlieb is male who gained his fame as Ryan "Funlieb" or Bryan Runlieb. He is 20 years old and currently resides in Madison, Wisconsin. He was born and raised in Shorewood, WI. His parents are John Brunlieb and Janet Slater. He also has a brother name Micheal Brunlieb who lives in Chicago, Illinois.

It was during his puberty years that Ryan first began to exhibit his mischievous ways. His trademark curly hair contributed to his popularity at SIS. One event stands out that really shows Ryan's dedication to his classmates and teachers. A classmate FRhys FHiltner (Name altered to protect innocent) was known throughout school as having a very short temper. Ryan took advantage of this one day in German class. FRhys said "Ship" in his conversation with someone else. Ryan overheard this and decided to take advantage. He told the teacher that FRhys said "Sh*t" and that he deserved to be punished. FRhys tried to defend his self but stood no match against Ryan's persistence. FRhys became very distraught and laid his head down on the desk for the rest of that class. The rest of Ryan's classmates in the German class found it very amusing. Ryan was always considered the class clown. Ryan also made many friends playing many different sports. He played volleyball, basketball and football. His most successful sports season came during eighth grade fall football. He led the team in interceptions with a record breaking number. One. Along with football, Ryan also was very skilled at another popular game among boys at SIS. The game was spinning quarters. Punishing losers was what Ryan excelled at. He was able to put more force and speed behind a quarter using his rare middle finger method. The record books show Ryan as the leader in gash leaving shooters. Although Ryan wasn't concentrating on basketball at this time, his brilliance was beginning to show.

Ryan really came into his identity during high school. It is during these four years that he will earn the nickname "Bryan Runlieb" and forever be known for his accomplishments on the basketball court.
[edit] Freshman Year
Ryan started his freshman year with a highly controversial move. Wanting to explore his new found puberty, Ryan scouted out the "new hot girl" FAshley FScorce (her name has been altered to protect the innocent). He took his new recruit out for lunch and afterwards they shared an intimate moment. Ryan's freshman wasn't all fun and games though. During a separate open lunch, he and acquaintance FColin FSmith (Name altered to protect innocent) were killing time by play wrestling. At the end of the quarrel, Ryan came up victorious while FColin was in tears. Apparently Ryan was too physical and couldn't control his immense strength. Little did Ryan know that this strength would eventually come in handy on the basketball court in the near future. Ryan was concentrated on soccer this year and had the pleasure of playing on the same team as Spencer Dixon and Kieven Sperry.

Sophomore year and junior year had little highlights except for his dominance in the IPA (Ianelli Pool Association).

Senior year rolled along and Ryan was very excited for his last year in Shorewood. It started off with a bang; the fall soccer season came along and Ryan was part of a very strong team. Ryan was a strong defender who was very well known for his slide tackles. He had two infamous slide tackles which highlighted the senior soccer season. The first came during a game against Parkland Conference foe Slinger High School. The score was 1-0 in favor of the Shorewood Greyhounds; near the end of the match, there was a breakaway for a Slinger player. The player was just about to put a shot on goal, but Ryan came flying in with a perfectly executed slide tackle which included him lifting the ball off the ground and flicking it safely above the cross bar. The Greyhounds went on to win the game. It was a slide tackle that has Wisconsin high school soccer has never seen and will be remembered for years to come. The second infamous slide tackle occurred during the WIAA boys soccer regional quarterfinal game. It was a tie game against Thomas More High and was late in the second half. Again it was one on one with the keeper and looked as if Shorewood would be scored on. The Thomas More player’s shot looked as if it was guaranteed to hit the back of the goal, however Ryan and his beautiful slide tackle came just in the nick of time to block the shot. Fellow Greyhound soccer player, and good friend of Ryan, Kieven Sperry scored a penalty kick later in the game to seal the victory. Ryan and the Greyhounds would continue through the WIAA boys high school soccer state tournament and reach the state championship. The Greyhounds, however, were not able to secure the victory, because Ryan had Mono.
The basketball season was another sports highlight for Ryan's senior year. He was a marquee player who excelled in boxing out and hard work. It was during a Parkland Conference match up against St. Francis that Ryan would give the best performance a Shorewood basketball player would ever have. The Teddy Hanrahan was guarding the top football defensive lineman in the nation. The Teddy was completely overwhelmed and knew of only one person that could get the job done. He approached Ryan and asked him to cover the 6-5, 300 lb power forward. Ryan accepted the challenge and shut down the big man. It was Ryan's strength and heart that kept the big man to zero point and zero rebounds. This great performance will be remembered forever; a banner commemorating the event is displayed in the Shorewood High School gym.
Off the sports field, Ryan was doing other amazing things. His ability to chug an entire cup of vodka was one of those feats. He was able to get drunk very quickly and make choices he would later regret. It is almost like he would become a new person when he got really drunk; hence the nicknames "BRyan Runlieb" or "Ryan Funlieb". There have been numerous times of documented "BRyan Runlieb" sightings. It was the 4th of July during the summer of Ryan's senior year. He chugged his vodka before the fireworks and was good and drunk in a short time. From there he would wrestle a friend of his name FMimi FLaflin. After the flirtatious wrestle, Ryan carried this friend of his and continued to place her in a fountain. After the fireworks ended, it was time to leave. An acquaintance of Ryan was there to witness the fireworks too. This acquaintance was FColin FSmith; FColin noticed Ryan was drunk and made a comment about it. Ryan became agitated and angry with FColin. On the bike ride home, Ryan rode ahead of all his friends that accompanied him to the 4th of July events. Ryan refused to ride his bike with his friends and choose not to enjoy the chit chat during the ride home.
Ryan began his time in college at Indiana University.

It was during a long college winter break that a "BRyan Runlieb" moment occurred. The location was Shorewood, Wisconsin during a party at Ryan's Mother's house.. Ryan chugged a lot of hard alcohol and drank numerous amounts of mixed drinks to go along with it. Ryan became extremely inebriated, aka "BRyan Runlieb", and began looking for the company of a lady. His target was the ex-girlfriend of Ryan's acquaintance FColin FSmith named FKate FMercuri (names altered). Ryan never showed an interest in FKate before, in fact Ryan was never a big fan of her. That night was a different story. Ryan made many moves and ended up making out with her and even asking her to go upstairs to his room with him. A great guy and friend of Ryan, named Peter Sorensen, tried to warn Ryan of what he was doing but Ryan persisted to put the moves on FKate. In the end nothing sexual happened. Ryan was grateful of that the next day, yet he was embarrassed.
The next "BRyan Runlieb" moment occurred during the summer between Ryan's freshman and sophomore years in college. Ryan's friend Teddy Hanrahan was throwing a party at a lake house in Belgium, Wisconsin. Ryan consumed a massive amount of alcohol and became the "Bryan Runlieb". Everyone was having fun at the party, until Peter Sorensen noticed that Ryan had disappeared. He decided to put together a search team to try and find Ryan/BRyan. The search team, however, was unsuccessful. Ryan did show up later on to everyone’s delight. There was something fishy about Ryan's disappearance. Many questions arose. Why did he leave? What was he doing? Who was he with? Where did he go? These questions would eventually be answered. It turned out that Ryan and a lady friend made a trip to the nearby beach to share an intimate moment. This lady was a good friend of the crowd that Ryan hung out with. This intimate moment ended creating some awkward situations between Ryan and the girl. Time has taken its course and the two have become good friends again.
After Ryan's sophomore year at Indiana University, Ryan decided that it was in his best interest to transfer to the University of Wisconsin-Madison to live with his good friend Kieven Sperry.

The summer before Ryan's Junior year in college were exciting times for Ryan.
Ryan took his crazy antics across the ocean and into Europe. The event occurred in Freiburg, Germany at a local pub. It was Ryan's last night in the country so many many drinks were being consumed. Ryan became very drunk and decided to try and entice a fifty year old European woman. Ryan sat at a table that was across from the table the lady was at. First, Ryan symboled with his hands to the woman that she should sit with him. She did not come over. Ryan wouldn't give up though; he then puckered his lips and did many kissing actions to her. Again, she shrugged Ryan off. Ryan decided to give up on the gestures this time and used words. He yelled at her to come here and pointed to the seat next to him. At this point the woman was very uncomfortable and did not know how to react. Ryan's next and last move was seductive, yet borderline sexual harassment. He did his trademark cunnilingus hand gesture to her. This gesture involves making a V with the index finger and middle finger and holding the fingers in front of the lips and sticking the tongue out. After that gesture and no response from the old lady, Ryan left the pub.
During the same summer during a Thursday night at Judge's Irish Pub, "Bryan Runlieb" came out. The bar had its well known dollar pitchers special which Ryan took advantage of. He was seen chugging an entire pitcher and continuing to spill an entire separate pitcher immediately upon finishing. After that, craziness ensued. Ryan was all over the bar mingling with friends and at times people he did not know. Ryan was speaking with good friend and heterosexual Laura Miller; Laura happened to mention that she thought a girl was looking at her. Ryan decided to make things a little more interesting; he walked over to the unknown girl and brought her over to chat. As he introduced his friends to this unknown girl, he made especially certain that she knew Laura's name. After the introduction, Ryan left immediately so that Laura and the girl could chat. This situation made it extremely awkward for Laura. Ryan, however, was not done with the awkward introductions. Ryan made his way to an old friend. He came up to her and asked if she remembered him. She, in fact, did not remember him, yet Ryan was determined that she would eventually figure it out. After a long minute of her trying to figure it out, Ryan finally just told her his name. After that weird moment, Ryan decided to bring her over to his friend Kieven who she had blue balled a few years earlier. After he brought her over to Kieven and said "Hey, Kieven. Look who it is" and did the most obvious wink ever; Ryan left. This created an awkward moment for Kieven. During the ride home, Ryan and Kieven got in a little argument about how bogus/"bogees" Ryan was for bringing her over to Kieven, when he knew fully well that Kieven didn't want to talk to her. The argument got a little heated, but the two friends didn't remember much of it the next morning so it was all right.
During a team soccer training, Ryan did another interesting maneuver to add to his athletic resume. It was during a scrimmage that it occurred. It was a 50-50 battle for the ball between twenty year old Ryan and a sixteen year old boy. Ryan had the ball at his feet and decided that he was going kick as hard as he can in order to clear it out. Ryan took a swing but right as he was going to make contact with the ball the boy poked it out of the way. Ryan missed the ball and his foot continued up into the air with a lot of speed and force. His foot then struck the young boy's shirtless chest. Ryan noticed what he did and had a indescribable surprised look on his face. The young boy's chest had cleat marks, from Ryan's soccer shoes, and blood coming down from the marks. It was a gruesome scene that forced the young boy to sit out the rest of the game.
It was welcome week for the University of Wisconsin-Madison when Ryan "Funlieb" made an appearance. During a long night of drinking, a girl that lived on his same apartment floor caught Ryan's eye. Ryan and her spent many hours together talking and playing drinking games. The two were having fun and decided to go out on the public deck together. One thing led to another and the two began locking lips. The two were having fun, talking, making out, and enjoying each others company. A topic happened to come up about the young lady's name. Ryan only just met her a few hours ago and she wanted to know if he remembered her name. Ryan acted appalled and shocked that she would ever think that he doesn't know her name. She, however, saw right through Ryan and insisted that she tell him her name. Ryan forgot her name which immediately killed the romance in the air. The two, then, went to their separate apartments. Ryan entered his apartment angry with himself yelling at himself that "He could have gotten his D wet." Ryan, being the romancer that he is, decided that he could win back the young lady's heart by writing her name in ketchup on a paper plate (Ryan had to look up her name in his cell phone directory, because he still didn't remember her name). Ryan then took the plate full of ketchup, which didn't look anything like her name, and knocked on the lady's door. She answered the door; Ryan showed her the plate with a large grin on his face and said, "Who doesn't know your name, now?" She answered, "I'm going to bed in MY bed and your going to bed in YOUR bed." She slammed the door shut after that. Lonesome Ryan made his way back to his room and went to bed. Instead of throwing out the plate full of ketchup, he placed it next to his bed.
Ryan currently has a remarkable spilling record going. He has spilled his drink too many times to count. It started May 2007 and is still in tact. One spill got him kicked out of a bar.
