Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a low resolution copy of the cover of a music single.
Due to the low resolution, the image cannot be used to make illegal copies of the artwork.
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the song in any way.
The image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Duran Duran.
No other image would serve to identify the packaging of this particular single.
