Sketch (restaurant)

Sketch is a well known restaurant on 9 Conduit Street, Mayfair, London, England, which opened in 2003. The Head Chef is Pierre Gagnaire. The cuisine is described as 'New French' , and is a loose adaptation of the cuisine served in Gagnaire's three Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris.
Sketch occupies a listed house dating from 1779. It contains four spaces:
- The Parlour: a pastry shop and tea room
- The West Bar: serves drinks and light lunches
- The Gallery: the larger, less expensive restaurant
- The Lecture Room & Library: a smaller restaurant serving a more expensive haute cuisine
In 2005 it was ranked as the 18th best restaurant in the world by Restaurant magazine.
