Identities of two of the above persons are in question. A duplicate of this image is found on an official Canadian website here. However, that image is reversed. It describes the men in the same order as this image. ((Right to left:) Sakawaraton - John Smoke Johnson (born ca. 1792); John Tutela (born ca. 1797) and Young Warner (born ca. 1794)).
While the middle gentleman is certainly John Tutela, the identities of the other two men are in question.
