I, ΖαππερΝαππερ ^Babel_Alexandria, believe this image to qualify as fair use under United States law because it is a visual representation of the subject discussed in the article. Also, the nature of the subject, a privately owned theme park, is legally impossible to photograph for free use. It is believed that the owner's of the copyright, Six Flags Theme Parks Inc., are unlikely and unwilling to ever release relevant images into the public domain. As a result, no free alternative exists.
