Hi,

I would like to know why the added link to Trackdata for Race History is regarded as spam, but an external link to Racing & Sports or Thoroughbred racing, which also provide advertisements on their pages, is not?

When someone opens a Wikipedia account and commences to multiple link to a particular website, it looks like the sole motivation for contributing to Wikipedia is to promote that website. If you wish to contribute to Australian horse racing articles you are most welcome, but may I suggest that you read the guidelines on External links and External link spamming to understand what is, and is not, acceptable on Wikipedia.
